Well-rounded PROGRAM
This 8 week program is for those interested in a well-rounded approach to their fitness. With a combination of strength, mobility, and cardio training, we’ll set you up for success and create a body that’s capable of taking on all of life’s adventures.
Weekly Program Layout:
30-60min per day, 5 days/week
DAY 1: Full Body Strength
DAY 2: Cardio
DAY 3: Full Body Mobility
DAY 4: Cardio
DAY 5: Full Body Strength
BETTER IN THE AIR Program
This 8 week program is a comprehensive mobility program for Aerialists, Pole Artists, and Dancers centered around injury prevention and maintenance so that you can keep doing what you love.
Weekly Program Layout:
20-30min per day, 3 days/week
DAY 1: Full Body
DAY 2: Upper Body
DAY 3: Lower Body
IN THE BEGINNING
PROGRAM
This 8 week program is for those interested in beginning their fitness journey but don’t know where to start. This bands and bodyweight program will focus on basic movement patterns to teach you how to move safely and effectively from the comfort of your home.
Weekly Program Layout:
30-45min per day, 4 days/week
DAY 1: Full Body
DAY 2: Self-directed Cardio
DAY 3: Full Body
DAY 4: Self-directed Cardio

INTENTIONALLY
Functional Range Conditioning is a system of strength training for your joints and the tissues that support them. This training can enhance your movement quality, range of motion, and reduce your risk for injury.

A Strategy Session is a 1hr Zoom meeting with me where we go over your goals, habits, what’s getting you off-track, and we will develop a plan for you to get back on the path so you can get to your goals as easily and efficiently as possible.
(Please note that while I may give exercise recommendations, this will not include a customized training program. If you’re curious about a custom program, schedule a free consultation for personal training!)
